She started her acting career on 2000 with Abhishek Bachan in the film Refugee. It was a commercial hit and the second film Khabi khusi khabi kham is another box office hit in the year of 2001. Her eldest sister Karishma Kapoor was a former actress of Bollywood. She made a huge hits like Rajahindusthani.
Her most appreciable film is Chameli. In that film she do the charector of sex worker in Mumbai street. She made that charector good and all critics gave a mark for her acting. At the present time she is the number one actress in Hindi films. She is spending her time with Saif Ali Khan on her free time. They are good friends and decided to do marriage.
She made a box office hit in 2011 with Sharukh khan in the film Ra-One.
